Throughout the process, designers have to consider the environmental impact of each step – from the sourcing of materials to the fit of the garment – and in doing so, evaluate their intentions, as a means to truly work towards an inclusive and sustainable fashion future.
The judges of the Top Notch Challenges are trailblazers in the fashion industry and have volunteered their time to judge each contestant’s handmade garments. The challenge will have 4 winners, each will receiving a life changing mentorship from one of the judges.
Who are the judges?

Who are the contestants?
The contestants of the Top Notch Challenge are alumni from UforChange x AnnKM Fashion Program. They are young, diverse and truly epitomize the future of fashion. Uforchange is incredibly proud of these designers and we are thrilled to see what they create.
Each contestant has been given an allowance to design and create one (or more) garment(s). Their creation must take into consideration the impact of each step of the process from sourcing materials to the sizing. Our goal with the Top Notch Challenge is to make designers question their intentions and truly work towards an inclusive and sustainable future.
