WoodGreen is the largest social service agency in Toronto, serving 40,000 people each year. It offers over 75 programs and services tackling the social determinants that affect the health and well-being of individuals in our community.
As one of the largest community-based non-profit housing providers in Toronto, WoodGreen has been providing transitional and permanent affordable housing to some of the City’s most vulnerable residents for more than 50 years. WoodGreen’s experience in affordable housing ownership and management, along with over two decades of expertise in affordable housing development, has established WoodGreen as a sector leader in community housing and care.
WoodGreen currently provides over 1,800 social housing units at 35 properties and has embarked on an ambitious plan to double the number of affordable housing units by 2030.
