Friends of Guild Park
Friends of Guild Park is an award-winning, not-for-profit that helps protect, revitalize and celebrate Guild Park & Gardens, located along the Scarborough Bluffs in east Toronto overlooking Lake Ontario.
Our goal is to increase the awareness and appreciation of these unique 88 acres (26 hectares) of public land, site of the Guild of All Arts, Canada’s historic artists’ community (1932-1995).
Guild Park includes formal gardens, protected Carolinian forest and a collection of dozens of architectural features, all preserved from notable – and now demolished – buildings that once graced downtown Toronto and other Ontario locations
Since our founding in 2013, Friends of Guild Park mission is to:

- Organize popular on-site activities, including walking tours, park programs and special events
- Advocate for renewed park facilities related to the arts, nature and public use
- Develop collaborative partnerships with all Guild Park stakeholders

As a volunteer-run organization, we encourage greater awareness – locally, provincially, internationally – so Guild Park continues as a spectacular and sustainble place, Where Art Meets Nature.
