To meet the increased funding required to meet the urgent need of members of Toronto’s equity seeking groups who are facing food insecurity.
At Community Connect Toronto, we aim to provide access to healthy and nutritious food for families and individuals experiencing food insecurity. Our emergency food hampers are comprised of vegetables, fruits, dairy and meat products and are delivered directly to our clients’ doors.
The fall and winter season are challenging times for our many in our community. Our goal with the Fall Campaign is to be there for them when help is needed.
Please consider making a one-time donation for the Fall campaign. You can also consider making your donation on a recurring basis, either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
All donations will receive an immediate charitable tax receipt.
