About 2 million children throughout the South Sudan are born into a severe reality, many children grow up in daily life marked by violence; images of war, abuse, harassment and loss of family. These traumatized children suffer depression, nightmares and they are often the source of future aggression. Each year, an estimated 10,000 children die of hunger throughout the South Sudan. The entire children have the rights to education, rights to health, rights to nourishment, rights to water, rights to care and other rights associated to human being. The children who have access to their rights grow as independent individual who can break through the cycle of poverty and be empowered to take their future into their own hands and play active part in shaping it.
